IGIGX - Cooking "Decadent" Salmon Almondine

I poured dark chocolate and sprinkled shaved almonds on top of a salmon steak which I had seared and baked.  It tasted good with a bit of salt.  I served the salmon with asparagus and brown rice.  I did not to tape the actual show, so here is a re-cap of what I did.  Special thanks to Annette for helping me stay focused and enhancing this episode with her culinary knowledge and insight.
